About the software

Microsoft Office 365 is an application that allows you to create, edit, and share documents. This is an evolution of Microsoft Office main series. Office now lives in the cloud. Office 365 is a paid product, but users can try it for 30 days. Microsoft allows users to purchase the product with four different packages, ranging from EUR7 to EUR10 per month (for non-business use). Office 365 gives users the ability to access all Office 2023 software packages online. Outlook is an organizational tool for email, calendar, address book and word processing. PowerPoint can also be used for creating presentations. Office 365 is a Web Service, so the suite’s apps will always be updated to the latest version. Office 365 should not be confused with Microsoft Office Online which is Microsoft’s free way to use Office programs through a browser as an online service.

As part of Office 365’s plan, OneDrive is also granted storage space. OneDrive is Microsoft’s cloud services. Skype gives users access to a certain amount of free call minutes. Office 365 allows offline use as well as multi-platform support (PCs Macs iOS Androids and iOS).

Office 365 allows you to use the Office suite applications even in an offline version as this is installed locally when you purchased the service. You must access the online software at least once every 39 calendar days to continue to use it. In any case, you should also do this regularly to update the software. After 39 days, some functionality will be lost in the cloud version. The offline version has all functions. However, once you have logged in online, even after the specified period, the account is immediately reactivated and the apps reacquire all the features.

• Product functionality and graphics may vary based on your system configuration. Some features may need additional hardware or server connectivity.
• Access to licensing and services requires a Microsoft account or an organizational account.
• Skype requires a standard laptop camera (or USB 2.0 video camera), a microphone and an audio output device to fully utilize its calling features.

Downloading and installing Office 365

1. Once you have finished downloading the required files, click the download button. Depending upon your download speed, it may take between a few minutes and a few hours to complete the download.
